Breakfast

3 slices lean Canadian Bacon
1 slice low fat Jarlsburg
1 small orange

Snack:
Fat Free Cottage cheese
Fruit

Lunch:
London Broil on ww Sourdough w/lettuce

Snack:
Apple
String Cheese

Dinner:
Chicken Parmesan
WW pasta
Salad

Desert:
Low Fat Ricotta
Wild Blueberries

I’ll figure out the calories protein and fat a little later.
