I remember when you started out.  You had to potential to be completely irrelevant.  But then something unexpected happened and you became great.  You were the icon from my era.  I know you weren’t done yet, but you didn’t have a choice.  And I’m sad you lost your battle with cancer.  Rest in peace.

    I remember very clearly when she did “The Burning Bed” and showed what kind of chops she had. Everyone was floored, including me.

    My mother had a beauty school. I remember distinctly the little old ladies coming in with a picture of Farrah and saying to the student hairdressers, “I want it cut like this”…
